Save Vendors via Project Boards

‍

Using boards on Venzer is a great way to organize and save ideas, inspirations, and content for your projects. Here is how you can use boards effectively on Venzer:

Create Boards: On the Venzer website go to your profile and click on the "Boards" tab. Then, click on the "Create board" button and give your board a name and description. You can also choose whether your board is public or private.

Organize Your Boards: Organize your boards based on different projects. This allows you to keep track of relevant vendors for your project.

‍

Pin Content to Boards: When you come across a photo that you would like to save, click on the heart. Then, click on the "Save" button and select the board where you would like to save the pin. You can choose an existing board or create a new one on the spot.

Upload Site Photos: Site photos are photos of your current renovation project. Select a project board and then click on the "Upload Site Photos" button on your top right hand side. Drag and drop your site photos and wait for the upload to complete.

Share Your Photos: In your board, click the "Share" button, on the top right hand side of the page. Copy the unique link of your board and send it directly to the vendor via email. This will allow the vendor to view your board and avoid miscommunication about your project.

Direct Messaging

Use Venzer’s in-site messaging system to communicate directly with vendors, send information, and receive quotes.

To message a vendor, click on their profile and then the “Message Vendor” button. 

To access your messages, simply click the messaging tab on the navigation bar.
